Cancellation

• No cancellation fees for bookings cancelled to 11 days prior to arrival day.
• In case of cancellation or modification later than 11 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 50 % of the entire stay applies (min 1 night).
• In case of “No Show” 100 % of the total stay will be charged as cancellation fee.

In case of departure earlier to the date originally stated, 50% of the remaining stay will be charged as cancellation fee.

Payment:

In order to secure the reservation, a valid credit card is required. The hotel reserves the right to charge – prior to your arrival – a deposit of 30 % of the total accommodation cost. The remaining balance should be paid upon arrival.
