Cancellation

• A deposit of 30% of the total reservation is required 7 days before arrival, the remaining 70% will be paid at the hotel, upon check-in.
• In case of cancelation 7 days or less prior to arrival, the 30% deposit is non-refundable.
• In case of non-show or earlier departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Payment:

• A 30% deposit is charged 7 days prior to arrival.
• The 70% remaining balance wil be paid upon arrival (cash or credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Union Pay).
• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
• Please note that credit card payments require cardholders' presence and signature along with the credit card used for the reservation.
