Cancellation

- if cancelled 8 or more days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

- if cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Payment:

Credit cards are required as a guarantee for the reservation. Dellas Boutique Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the total amount of the reservation from the guests' credit card. This way we are able to check if the credit card is valid (not expired or reported stolen) and protect both our selves and the credit card's holder. Once this process occurs, the total reservation amount is blocked from the credit card's debit balance for a couple of days and then is being released automatically.
