Policies

Cancellation

• If cancelled up to free cancelation date mentioned, No cancellation fee will be charged.
• If cancelled less than 5 days or in case of no-show / early departure: 100% of the reservation's total amount will be charged.

Payment:

• Credit cards are required as guarantee for reservations, however, will not be charged.
• Our hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the total amount of the reservation from guests' credit card.
• Credit Card pre-authorization is a routine process to protect the credit card holder and to prevent phishing frauds.
• Once this process occurs, the total reservation amount will be blocked from the credit card's debit balance for a couple of days and then released automatically.
