Dalabelos Estate

Dalabelos is a family run, model eco-tourism complex built within the confines of a working estate located in the Prefecture of Rethymno, east of the town of Rethymno and surrounded by the villages of Panormo in the north and Angeliana in the south with easy access to the national road.

The ten units of Dalabelos each about 25 sq. m. are situated amongst the 8 acres of olive trees, vineyards and aromatic plants with breathtaking views over the Cretan landscape and the Cretan Archipelago.

Each unit has a balcony or a patio, a fireplace, air conditioning, a kitchenette, including a fridge, cable TV, telephone, Internet access, and bathrooms with great showers, hand made ceramic sinks, and hairdryers.

The complex also provides facilities for people with disabilities (Hephaestus Room).

Policies

Cancellation

• If booking is cancelled up to 21 days prior to arrival date, the deposit you have paid to confirm your reservation, 30% of the total amount, will not be refunded.
• If booking is cancelled 14-20 days prior to arrival date, a further 20% of the total price will be charged.
• If booking is cancelled 13 days or less prior to arrival date, 100% of the total price will be charged.
• Changes are allowed up to 21 days before arrival date. For modifications, such as total number of guests, numbers of nights etc there may be additional charges according to the accommodations' policies.
• Any changes after this period are subject to availability and should be confirmed by the accommodation.
• In case of early departure or no show the deposit is not refunded under any circumstances and the accommodation reserves the right to request or charge 100% of the non stayed nights as compensation.

Payment:

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

• After the booking is completed 30% of the total amount will be charged in the provided credit / debit card, as a deposit for the confirmation of your stay.
• Before finalizing your reservation please make sure that the provided credit / debit card has sufficient funds and that the limit of the transaction is lifted according to the requested deposit amount.
• In case payment is not possible (transaction declined etc) you will be requested to update with new credit card details within 48 hours.
• In case the new credit / debit card details are not received and payment is not finalized within the 48 hour hold period the accommodation reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.
• The remaining balance of your stay can be paid by cash or credit / debit card upon arrival or at least 7 days before arrival through credit / debit card.
• In case you wish to pay the balance of your stay through credit / debit card please inform us in advance so that the balance is correctly charged in the provided or a new credit / debit card.

WIRE TRANSFER PAYMENT

• After the booking is completed 30% of the total amount should be transferred at the accommodation’s bank account, as a deposit for the confirmation of your stay.
• The bank account is provided in the confirmation e-mail you will receive after the booking is completed.
• Unless arranged otherwise, payment of the deposit should be finalized within 48 hours of the booking date.
• To confirm the payment of the deposit a bank receipt photo or scan is required to be sent through e-mail.
• In case payment or proof of payment is not received after the 48 hour hold period the accommodation reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.
• The remaining balance of your stay can be paid by cash only upon arrival or at least 7 days before arrival through bank transfer.
• In case you wish to pay the balance of your stay through bank transfer please inform us in advance and send us a bank receipt photo or scan as soon as the payment is made.
