Cancellation
If a reservation is cancelled:
14 to 21 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total cost of your stay is charged.
1 to 14 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the total cost of your stay is charged.
In case of no-show, or departure before the scheduled check-in date, the total cost of your stay is charged.
Payment:
On the time of booking the hotel will charge the guest's credit card with an amount that equals to 30% of the total accommodation cost. The remaining balance of the accommodation cost is required 21 days prior to the arrival date.
