Policies

Cancellation

In case of cancellation up to 14 days prior the arrival date, no cancellation fees will be charged.

In case of cancellation within 13 days prior the arrival date, the total amount of the booking will be charged as cancellation fees.

Payment:

Total amount of the reservation will be charged 13 days prior the arrival date, which is non refundable in case of cancellation.

In case the credit card is not valid and the guest cannot be reached at the contact details offered, the reservation will be cancelled.

Note: From January 1, 2025, and according to Greek legislation, the Climate Change Resilience Tax (stayover tax) will be imposed to all hotels’ guests in Greece based on the number of overnight stays, and will amount to € 15.00 per room, per night in five-star hotels. All rates include the Climate Change Resilience Tax, however, it is not charged prior to arrival. Guests are required to pay the aforementioned amount in person, upon their arrival.
