Policies

Cancellation

Free cancellation is allowed up to the stated date on your confirmation.
If cancelled later 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
Non-show or early departure prior to the scheduled equals to 100% cancellation fees of the total cost.

Important notice: A reservation is considered cancelled only when the Hotel receives the cancellation through Webhotelier. Changes to any bookings must be made in writing. No amendments are guaranteed until written confirmation is provided by the hotel . Rate variations may apply, depending on the nature of the change. Additional policies and fees may apply when booking more than 5 rooms as this will be considered a group booking

Payment:

Your reservation is guaranteed through the credit card provided and as per the hotel’s payment policy, 50% deposit of the total reservation cost will be charged after the release of the free cancellation period.
