Policies

Cancellation

• Cancellation at least 8 days prior to arrival, a Credit Voucher for the total amount paid is granted, with the option of alternative stay dates in 2025 or 2026.

•  Up to 7 days prior to arrival, no-show or earlier departures, 100% cancellation fee.
   
•  Cancellation fee is calculated on the total amount of the reservation.

Payment:

• 30% deposit is required with the reservation, by bank transfer or credit card.
   
• 70% balance payment is required 14 days prior to arrival, by bank transfer or credit card.

• If reservation request is performed within 14 days of arrival date, 100% payment is requested.

• If the payment is not paid by due date, the right to cancel the booking is reserved and cancellation charges in accordance with cancellation policy are levied.

• Payment is calculated on the total amount of the reservation.
   
• 750€ security breakage deposit is collected, either in cash or by credit card authorization upon arrival. Deposit will be promptly reimbursed, or authorization will be canceled in its entirety at the conclusion of your stay, provided that no damage or loss has occurred.
   
• The right for pre-authorisation of credit cards prior to arrival is reserved.
