Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 4 days prior arrival. If cancelled from 3 to 0 days before the arrival the total amount of reservation will be charged.

If cancelled later 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as cancellation fees.

Non-show or early departure prior to the scheduled equals to 100% cancellation fees of the total cost.

A reservation is considered cancelled only when the Hotel receives the cancellation through Webhotelier. Changes to any bookings must be made in writing. No amendments are guaranteed until written confirmation is provided by the hotel. Rate variations may apply, depending on the nature of the change. Additional policies and fees may apply when booking from 5 rooms and more, as this will be considered a group booking.

Payment:

Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival. 

Free cancellation is allowed up to the stated date on your confirmation e-mail
