Cancellation

• For any cancellation that takes place at least 7 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees.
• For any cancellation that takes place 6 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, the guest will be charged the total amount of the reservation and any deposit will not be refunded.

• In case of non-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged as cancellation fee.

Payment:

Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.
