Cancellation

Cancellation Policy:

• For cancellations 21 days prior to the arrival date no cancellation fee is charged
• In case of cancellation 20 to 14 days prior arrival 50% of the stay total will be charged
• In case of cancellation 13 to 7 days 75% of the stay total will be charged and 0 to 6 days prior 100% of the stay will be charged
• In case of a no show or early departure 100% of the stay will be charged 

Please note that all reservations are subject to the cancellation, deposit and/or refund policy confirmed at the time of reservation. Our valued guests are always encouraged to review the rate rules, which show the applicable cancellation, deposit and/or refund policies for that rate at that property, to ensure they understand the rules for each reservation. Any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences and may be subject to a new cancellation policy.

Payment:

A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation with a deposit.

Deposit Policy: 50% of the stay will be charged 21 days prior to the arrival date. In case of cancellation after the deposit has been charged cancellation policy will be applied.

Please note that credit card payments require cardholders' presence and signature along with the credit card used for the reservation.
