Policies

Cancellation

• For reservations cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival there are no cancellation fees.
• For reservations cancelled after 13 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee amounts to 100% of the total stay.

Payment:

• A valid credit card is required upon booking to secure this reservation.
• The guest will be charged of the total stay amount either after the free cancellation period ends or upon arrival at the hotel.
• In case of failure to provide payment as above, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without any further obligation.
• Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.
