Cancellation

• For any cancellation that takes place at least 21days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees.
• For any cancellation that takes place 21days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
• In case of non-show, there will be a 30% cancellation fee.
• In case of departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a cancellation fee for 50% of the remaining stay.

Payment:

• The guest will be charged 30% of the total amount 21 days prior to arrival.
• Remaining amount will be settled upon arrival.
• Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.
• The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.
