The myth of Avalon: "The history of the house lies in the myth of the 'Knight of the Rose' who became famous among the knights and the local people and became part of the history of the island. The knight was from a well known family and contributed to the victory of the knights when the medieval city was besieged by the great army of the vizier in an attempt to conquer Rhodes in 1480. The story of the knight is a story about courage and about the rose which saved his life..."

Cancellation

You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to the date mentioned on your confirmation voucher.

If you fail to cancel on time, 100% of the reservation amount will be kept as cancellation fees.

In case of no show, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged to your credit card.

The credit card provided to the hotel is used for security reasons for the payment of the reservation and the hotel has the right to make a pre-authorisation at any time in order to check the validity of the card.

*Important Information: Kindly note that if the case of any type of prepayment, you are obliged by Hotel policy to present to the Front Desk on check-in, the Credit Card used, along with your ID or passport for verification. The credit card used must be under the name of one of the residents. Otherwise, your credit card won't be accepted.

Payment:

No deposit is required at the time of booking

A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.

The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.

*Important Information: Kindly note that the Credit Card used for the payment, must match at least one of the guests' name and be presented upon check in.
