Policies

Cancellation

• The reservation is confirmed after we receive the 30% deposit of the total amount of the reservation.
• Final payment should be settled 14 days prior to arrival.
• In case of cancellation during the release period then, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
• For early departure situations, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.
• In case of no-show the whole amount (100%) of the agreed stay will be charged.

Payment:

• All payments are made in euro, either with a bank account deposit or with a credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD).
• The reservation is confirmed after we receive the 30% deposit of the total amount of the reservation.
• Final Payment should be settled 14 days prior to arrival.
• The guests can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
• The guests will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival, for non-show or early departure.
