In a distance of just one kilometer from the picturesque fishing village of Finiki, on the west coast of Karpathos, and set in a secluded tranquil setting only 200 meters from the beach, the complex of ARPATHEA VILLAS -constructed in 2014- is developing in a total land area of 11,000sqm.

The housing complex consists of two 2-storey buildings (maisonettes), 75sqm each, and three ground floor buildings (junior suites), 50sqm each. Their minimalist architecture and their simple lines are in complete harmony with the natural landscape and the traditional architecture of the island. Each house has its own private pool (with overflow) and a terrace with unobstructed view to the sea and the vastness of the horizon, along with a private parking area.

Cancellation

High Season (01/07 - 20/09)

• For reservations cancelled up to 31 days prior to arrival there are no cancellation fees
• For reservations cancelled 30-21 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee amounts to 50% of the total stay
• For reservations cancelled 20-11 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee amounts to 70% of the total stay
• For reservations cancelled 10-0 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee amounts to 100% of the total stay
• Early departures and No-shows are charged in full.

Special COVID-19 cancellation rules

Exceptionally when cancellation is due to one of the below stated situations -related to COVID-19 outbreak - occurring during travel and reservation dates, then a voucher is provided:

• Officially announced inbound (to Greece) - outbound (from Greece) travel bans
• Officially announced outbound (from departure airport) - inbound (to destination airport) travel bans
• Travel restrictions imposed to guests
• Karpathos island put under quarantine
• Accommodation put under quarantine

Voucher amount is equal to any paid in advance amount.
Voucher is valid for a rebooked reservation to any other dates (depending availability) for season 2022 or 2023.

Payment:

• Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.
• Full payment will be made directly at check-in time.
• ARPATHEA VILLAS reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card for validity reasons, any time prior arrival.
• The amount of preauthorisation is released automatically within few days.
• In the unpleasant event that credit card is invalid at the time of preauthorisation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation within 24 hours notice.
• VISA & MASTERCARD credit cards are accepted
