Cancellation

• For every cancellation the hotel has the right to charge 50% of the total amount of stay, per room in respect of our cancellation fees.
• Should there be a no-show or cancellation upon arrival date; the hotel has the right to require the total amount of stay, per room as no-show or cancellation fees.

Payment:

Upon reservation we charge a deposit equal to 50% of the total accommodation cost. Full payment of the remaining accommodation balance is required upon guest’s arrival.
