Years ago, pumice-stone miners discovered caves on the cliff side of Oia which archaeologists identified as ancient housing and antique lodgings.  The caves, carved into the rock of the Caldera, were transformed into Aris Caves, a small and intimate aparthotel with 6 independent lodgings.  The reconstruction in 1993 and renovation in 2007 were carried out with great respect for the antique architecture and with minimal changes to the original structure.

Aris Caves is situated barely a 100 yards from the center and close to all attractions of Oia.  The small homes nestle like eagle nests on the cliff side of the island, tranquil and ideal to relax, to dream and to enjoy the breathtaking view over the Santorini Caldera, the volcano Nea Kameni and the deep blue Aegean Sea.

Spread over 4 levels are 6 self-catering, separate and fully equipped studios, apartments and a suite, each with kitchenette, shower/toilet, air conditioning, internet and own terraces.  The large terrace in the center of Aris Caves is open to all guests and offers probably one of the best views in Oia.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, modification and in case of no show or departure prior to scheduled date 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as cancellation fees.

Payment:

In case of Special Offers and to confirm your booking the total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking.
