Cancellation

LOW & MIDDLE SEASON | Begging of season up to 30 June & 1 September until end of season

• For any cancellation that takes place at least 14 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees.
• For any cancellation that takes place 13 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, there will be a cancellation penalty fee equal to 100% of the total cost of your reservation.
• In case of non-show, there will be 100% cancellation fee.
• In case of departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a cancellation fee for 100% of the remaining stay.

HIGH SEASON | 1 July - 31 August

• For any cancellation that takes place at least 21 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees.
• For any cancellation that takes place 20 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, there will be a cancellation penalty fee equal to 100% of the total cost of your reservation.
• In case of non-show, there will be 100% cancellation fee.
• In case of departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a cancellation fee for 100% of the remaining stay.

Payment:

A valid credit card must guarantee the reservation at the time of booking. Once the reservation is completed, we reserve the right to pre-authorize the total reservation amount from the provided credit card, which will be temporarily held and deducted from the customer’s credit card limit.

This temporary hold is not a charge and no funds will be debited from the customer’s credit card. The hold falls off within 14 days at the latest.
