Cancellation

Without cost: for cancellation received in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date.

With cost: For cancellations received within less than fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date, there will be a forfeiture amount equal to the rate of two (2) nights.

In case of No Show the total amount of the reserved period will be charged.

Payment:

Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.
A deposit of 2-night stay is required at the time of reservation.
The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.

Payments via bank transfer, must be executed within maximum 72 hours.
