Cancellation

This promotional rate is subject to the following cancellation fees:

  • If cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation amount will be charged
  • If cancelled within 13 or less days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged
  • In case of no-show or early departure, the total reservation amount will be charged in full 

Cancellation fees will be balanced against the original non-refundable deposit paid.

Payment:

  • No prepayment is needed. The total reservation value and overnight tax must be paid upon arrival to complete the check-in.
  • The property reserves the right to validate the credit card upon receiving the reservation. Invalid credit card data results in immediate cancellation.
