Policies

Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation we will require the following notification otherwise the 30% of the entire stay will be charged in respect of our cancellation fee

In the event of a non show 100% of the entire stay will be charged as cancellation fees

In case of a guest departing before the agreed date, the full remainder of the stay will be charged as cancellation fees

Payment:

Upon confirmation of each reservation, a deposit amount equal to 30% of the expected revenue is required as a guarantee of the reservation. Full payment is required 10 days prior to the arrival date.
