Cancellation

In the event of cancellation 21 days or more prior arrival, there is a full refund.

In the event of cancellation in less than 21 days prior arrival, all payment is lost.

Cancellations due to officially written and approved by hospital or health center affection by Covid-19 3 days prior arrival, can be redeemed 100% as a voucher, which can be used up to 18 months after the day of cancellation.

Early departures and No-shows are fully charged.

Payment:

A deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the reservation is required to confirm the reservation.

A second prepayment equal to another 30% of the total amount of the reservation is paid 60 days before arrival.

The remaining 40% is paid upon arrival at the complex.

The complex reserves the right to charge the guests for any damages that may occur.
