Cancellation

• Cancellations received up to 14 days before arrival; there are no cancellations fees.
• For cancellations received within 13 days, before the arrival date,  50% of the total accommodation cost will be charged as cancellation fees. 
• No shows are FULLY charged.
• Early Departures are FULLY charged with the remaining accommodation cost.

Payment:

• 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged on the client's credit card any time within 13 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
• The rest of the amount will be settled at the hotel upon arrival.
• The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the client's Credit Card in order to secure payment
