• In case of cancellation within 90 days or less, 40% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged to your credit card as cancellation fee.
• 30 days prior arrival, 100% Cancellation fees of the total amount of the booking.
• In case of non show or early departure the total stay cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Payment:

• Property requires 40% at the time of booking.
• The remaining amount is paid 30 days prior to arrival date.
