Cancellation

In case of cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival, no fees will apply.

In case of cancellation within 20 days prior to arrival, non show or early departure, 100% of the total cost will be held as cancellation fess.

Payment:

30% of the entire accommodation amount will be charged at the time of booking. This amount will be refundable in case of cancellation 21 days prior to arrival. 

20 days prior to arrival the hotel will charge the remaining amount, which is non-refundable.

For security reasons, you must provide your credit card details for the reservation to be valid, and present this credit card upon check-in for verification. Credit cards that belong to any other holder than the guest’s name will not be accepted.
