This Rate is pre-paid. This Rate is non-refundable. Amendments or Modifications are not allowed for this Rate. In case that you wish to cancel or amend your Reservation please contact the Hotel. In case of Cancellation, no money will be refunded but the amount of the Cancellation Fees might be arranged as Credit for future stays by contacting the Hotel.

Rates are valid at the time of Reservation. Rates are Revised periodically at the Hotel discretion.

Important notice: A reservation is considered cancelled only when the Hotel receives the cancellation through Webhotelier. Changes to any bookings must be made in writing. No amendments are guaranteed until written confirmation is provided by the hotel. 

Additional policies and fees may apply when booking more than 3 rooms as this will be considered a group booking.

Payment:

The full amount of the reservation will be charged to the Credit Card provided (or any other form of payment) at the time of reservation.

*Important Information: Kindly note that if the case of any type of prepayment, you are obliged by Hotel policy to present to the Front Desk on check-in, the Credit Card used, along with your ID or passport for verification. The credit card used must be under the name of one of the residents. Otherwise, your credit card won't be accepted.
