Cancellation

• For any cancellation that takes place at least 21 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees.
• For any cancellation that takes place 20 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
• In case of non-show or departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the total or the remaining stay.

Payment:

• Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.
• The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.
• For confirmation of the reservation: 30% deposit is required
