Policies

Cancellation

• For cancellations after booking, 15% of the total cost of stay will be charged.
• For cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival date, 30% of the total cost of stay will be charged.
• For cancellations 1 day or less prior to arrival date, 100% of the total cost of stay will be charged.
• Early departure than scheduled, 100% of the remaining cost is charged.

In the event of a refundable payment arising from a cancellation, the amount will be credited back.

Payment:

• 15% deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Full payment must be settled 28 days prior to arrival. 

In case of failure to provide payment as stated above, the hotel will kindly contact you once. If the issue persists
the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without any further obligation.
