• For any cancellation that takes place at least 21 days before the arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees.
• For any cancellation that takes place 21 days or less prior to the arrival date, there will be a 30% cancellation penalty fee or the deposit will not be refunded.
• In case of non-show, there will apply 100% cancellation fee.
• In case of early departure, there will apply 100% cancellation fee.
