Windmill Bella Vista is built on a hill allowing a perfect view to Kastro,the ancient capital of Sifnos and the surrounding villages as well as 14 islands of the Aegean Sea.It consists of a renovated Windmill firstly  built in 1850,6 studios,4 Simple Apartments and a Superior Apartment .There is a big outdoor pool with jaccuzzi ,a small children pool,a playground,a big outdoor breakfast area and restaurant.

Policies

Cancellation

• For cancellations up to 21 days prior to the arrival the prepayment is refunded.
• For cancellation from 21-7 days before arrival 50% of the total amount will be charged.
• In case of unscheduled departure  or no show or arrival after the confirmed dates or last minute cancellation (during the 7 days before arrival) 100% of the remaining stay will be charged.

Payment:

A valid credit card  is required in order to secure your booking .Please note that a downpayment of 30% of the total amount corresponding to your booking is required.This amount will be charged to your credit card.The remining amount will be charged on your credit card upon arrival.By providing the data of your credit card ,you are allowing the hotel to make the necessary charges according to the hotel's payment policy.
