• Cancellation up to 15 days prior to arrival: free of charge
• Cancellation up to 14 days or less prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fees
• Non-show / Early departures / Requested Downgrades will be charged at 100% of booking value

• 100% of total to be charged 14 days prior to arrival
• In case of failure to provide payment as per above, we kindly inform that the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking
