Villa Kasteli is a small, traditional, family run hotel . It is located at Perissa, on the south-east coast of Santorini, about 13 km from Fira. The famous black sandy Perissa beach is within walking distance. There is also a wide variety of cafes, bars, restaurants and taverns along the promenade by the sea.

We offer spacious rooms with air condition,TV,refrigerator, telephone and hair dryer as well as a small balcony. We also have two room studios which consist of one bedroom and a livingroom with a sofa (fold out bed) and kitchenette. Wi-Fi access (free of charge) is available in the rooms and public areas.

There is a bus stop almost outside the hotel which provides regularly scheduled buses to and from the other towns of the island. Car and motorbike rentals can be arranged directly from our reception desk, as well as a variety of activities and tours.
