Free cancelation is allowed till 21 days prior to the arrival date.
In case of cancelation less than 21 days prior to the arrival date, non show or departure earlier than scheduled the property has the right to charge 100% of the total cost of reservation.
Payment:
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price 21 days prior to the arrival day and the remaining amount will be paid upon arrival
