Villa “Dolce Vita” is designed and positioned for the refined, VIP guests who appreciate total privacy, unpretentious yet luxurious decoration and large interior and exterior spaces.

The Villa is built on a large gated property of 10.000 m2 overlooking one of the calmest and nicest beaches of Mykonos, Agrari Beach and is surrounded by a natural amphitheatre of hills. The property offers exceptional views over the beach below and across the sparkling sea to the nearby island of Naxos, framed as if in a painting and fully protected from the island’s strong winds.

This area is considered to be the favorite location of the connaisseurs of Mykonos where a distinguished few have made their luxury residences, just a 15 min drive from the town.

“Dolce Vita” has been selected by the Architectural Digest (USA) as one of the top houses in the world in its category. The villa impresses in a subtle and sophisticated manner. Top quality materials have been used, with high wood beam ceilings and floors of hand finished Kapandriti marble and great attention has been given to details which are not usually found in villas offered for rent.

The villa is designed as a  complex of four independent  houses and contains 4 bedrooms + an attic + study room and a separate residence for the caretakers.

Policies

Cancellation

• The deposit 40% to be charged upon booking is non refundable in case of cancellation at any time.
• The remaining balance of 60% has to be paid up to two months before arrival.
• If cancellation is less than two months before arrival and more than one month, 50% of the remainig payment (30% of the total reservation cost) is not returned. The down payment is non refundable.
• For cancellations less than 1 month before arrival or in case of no show the full amount is charged.

Payment:

At the time of booking a 40% deposit of the total reservation amount is required and will be charged to your credit card AND IT IS NON REFUNDABLE.

Balance to be settled up to two months (60 days) prior arrival either by credit card of cash payment.

The guest is required to pay 2,000 euros as a security deposit.
