Policies

Cancellation

• For any cancellation that takes place 30 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, there will be cancellation penalty fee of 100% of the total cost.
• In case of non-show, there will be a 100% cancellation fee of the total cost.
• In case of departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a cancellation fee for 100% of the remaining stay.

Payment:

• A 50% of the total cost deposit is required at the time of booking which is non-refundable.
• Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.
• The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.
• There is a villa guarantee fee which will be paid upon arrival and will be refunded upon check out.
