Villa Valea is located at the west part of Naxos, the beautiful and the largest island of the Cyclades group.

It is situated on a slope with amazing views to the sea and the neighboring island of Paros. It is only 150 meters from the beach.

The villa built and furnished in a modern style has a total surface of 130 square meters in a private garden of 550 square meters and a swimming pool.

The villa consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower. There is a spacious living and dining room, including a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee, toaster, Fridge/Refrigerator, Kitchen with oven)

This villa offers absolute privacy with a 24h dedicated concierge service. The rates include: daily allergy friendly housekeeping (full housekeeping each 3 days), dedicated concierge person and VIP Arrival & Departure transfers.

Cancellation

• Δωρεάν ακύρωση έως 42 ημέρες πριν την άφιξη.
• Σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης εντός 42 ημερών απο την ημερομηνία άφιξης, γίνεται χρέωση 30% του ποσού διαμονής στην κάρτα σας ως ακυρωτικά τέλη.
• Σε ακύρωση εντός 30 ημερών απο την ημερομηνία άφιξης. γίνεται χρέωση ολόκληρου του ποσού διαμονής (100%).
• Σε περίτπτωση μη-εμφάνισης η αναχώρησης νωρίτερα απο την προγραμματισμένη ημερομηνία γίνεται χρέωση ολόκληρου του ποσού διαμονής.

Payment:

Για την εγγύηση της κράτησης απαιτείται προκαταβολή 30%.
Το υπόλοιπο της διαμονής εξοφλείται 30 ημέρες πριν την ημερομηνία άφιξης.
