Cancellation

-If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
-If cancelled or modified up after 7 days prior arrival cancellation fees 50%. This amount is non-refundable.

Non Show costs 100% of the total amount.

Early departure:  Guests are charged the full amount of their stay in case of early departure/non-completion of official reservation days.

Important note: For identification & security reasons is required to display the credit card used for the payment of the reservation and the cardholder must be present with a matching government-issued photo ID.

 Please note that if the payment is done with a credit card belonging to another person who won’t be present at the hotel the cardholder has to contact the hotel by email in order to finalize the payment.

PAYMENT POLICY

30% prepayment held as deposit will be charged on the credit card anytime after the reservation.

• If prepayment is unsuccessfull the hotel will keep the reservation active for 72 hours, after that time the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
• This deposit will be fully refunded if your reservation is cancelled earlier than14 days prior to arrival.
• The rest of the amount will be settled upon departure.
