Cancellation

Up to 45 days prior to arrival guests can cancel or modify their reservation unlimitedly, free of charge.

45 days prior or early departure or in case of non show: 100% of the total stay . Reservations that are canceled or modified less than 45 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure before the scheduled date, you will be charged the total amount of your stay (100% cancellation fee), the cost of the package is a non-refundable charge when the period of free cancellation expires. Due to the pandemic and the general instability that exists, we must inform our prospective customers that, for any reason you either have to cancel your reservation or there is an early departure, money and overnight stays are not refundable or credited again, you will be charged with the total amount of your stay (100% cancellation fees) after 45 days before arr

Payment:

A valid credit card is required upon booking.

Deposit of 50% of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking for all reservations. The deposit is refundable in case of cancellation within the free cancellation period. The remaining amount (50%) will be due payment when the period of free cancellation expires which means after 45 days before arrival date.
