Cancellation

Book by 31/12/2026 & Save on your 2027 Stay. 50% non-refundable payment by 15/01/2027 and the remaining 50% non-refundable payment by 30/03/2027.

For bookings without Early Booking Discount:

- In case of cancellation up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged

- 8-14 days before arrival 30% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fee

- 2-7 days before arrival 50% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fee

- No Show or 1 day before arrival 100% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fee

- Early departure: 100% of the remaining stay will be charged

Payment:

The hotel will charge 30% of the total amount as deposit after a reservation is made. Credit Card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. The rest amount will be settled on arrival at the hotel reception.
