Cancellation

      A confirmation mail will always follow your reservation.

• No fee charged for any cancellation prior to 31 days before confirmed arrival.
• In case of cancellation 15-31 days prior to arrival:  50% of the total cost will be charged.
• In case of cancellation 8-14 days prior to arrival the 75% of the total cost will be charged.
• In case of cancellation 1 to 7 days prior to arrival 100% of the total cost will be charged.
• In case of non-show or departure prior to the scheduled and confirmed date the full amount will be charged.

Payment:

The amount  required as a deposit is 35 % of the total ,the rest of the amount is charged upon arrival .Spitia reserves the right to charge and/or pre authorize credit cards prior to the guests arrival.
