Cancellation

• For any cancellation that takes place at least 15 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees.
• For any cancellation that takes place 14 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
• In case of non-show or departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a cancellation fee for the total cost of the stay.

Payment:

• Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. ATTENTION: The credit card that you provide when booking this reservation must be shown to the front desk agent upon check-in followed by the card's holder passport. Otherwise the residence has the right to decline the check-in.
• The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit card provided with the 100% of the total cost of the booking 14 days prior to guest's scheduled arrival.
