• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are subject to 50% penalty.
• No shows are subject to 100% penalty.
• Early departure is charged with full remainder of stay. 

Payment:

The 50% of total cost is charged 14 days prior to arrival as a non-refundable deposit. Remaining 50% will be charged upon arrival.        

Please note that credit card payments require the cardholder's presence and signature, along with the physical credit card used to make the reservation.
