Policies

Cancellation

In case of cancellation up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
In case of cancellation or modification later than 7 days before date of arrival , 30% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
 

Payment:

Shorter than 3 nights accommodation, one night will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking, which is refundable if cancellation is done up to 7 days prior to arrival.

Longer than 3 nights accommodation, 30% of the total amount of stay will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking, which is refundable if cancellation is done up to 7 days prior to arrival. All transaction costs will be charged to the client.
