Cancellation

Cancellation Policy:

We know it can be a bit strict, as we are a small seasonal hotel. We try to avoid cancellations because ferry tickets to the Island are booked well in advance, and the room will be empty. 

You may modify your reservation at any time at no charge. All modifications must be in writing by email: portoscoutari.hotel@gmail.com

New reservations will be in a similar or higher-priced room, and in this case, the balance will be paid directly at the hotel. The cancellations, refunds, and Hotel Vouchers below apply when the client has paid the full amount of their reservation at the time of booking.

If, for any reason, clients wish to proceed to a room cancellation after room confirmation and full payment have been received, they are entitled to the following:

A) If a cancellation occurs any time and up to 21 days prior to the arrival date: 50% cancellations fees will be charged, or we issue a Hotel Voucher of 70% of the reservation amount to be used until September 30, 2027. B) For cancellations received within 21 days prior to the arrival date, we issue a Hotel Voucher of 50% of the reservation amount paid to be used until September 30, 2026.

Payment:

A credit card is required to secure your reservation.

All reservations require full prepayment of the entire stay at the time of confirmation, unless a different agreement has been prearranged. Once a reservation is confirmed, your credit card will be charged for the total amount. You may change the dates of your reservation prior to your arrival due date, for the same amount and nights or more, subject to availability. Please check the room details thoroughly before making your reservation and payment.
