Playa Del Zante is a Beachfront property that consists of six apartments, two with 2 bedrooms, two with 1 bedroom and two studios, that have direct access to a sandy beach. Each apartment has extraordinary views of the sea from the Balconies / Terrace as well as the outside public recreation garden areas. The apartments can accommodate up to 6 persons (2 bedroom apartments ) and has tastefully decorated units with Sea facing Balconies/Terrace, spacious living areas for both inside and outside relaxation and recreation. Units include air conditioning , fully equipped kitchens (1-2 bedroom apartments), with cooker,fridge/freezer and utensils, and full sized beds. Dining tables are provided on the balconies and outside with a BBQ for enjoyable and comfortable outside dining . Sunbeds provided both on the balconies/terrace and outside for additional relaxation.The garden area has beautiful palm trees that are on the property and also have designated smoking areas available.

All the things you need are within a short walking distance from the apartments (mini-markets, tavernas ,etc), which makes this a great destination for families and a holiday getaway .

Cancellation

• Σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης περισσότερο από 21 ημέρες πριν την ημερομηνία άφιξης, η προκαταβολή επιστρέφεται. 
• Σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης λιγότερο από 21 ημέρες πριν την ημερομηνία άφιξης, το 30% του συνολικού ποσού της κράτησης δεν επιστρέφεται. 
• Σε περίπτωση μη εμφάνισης ή πρόωρης αναχώρησης, το 100% του υπολοίπου θα χρεωθεί στην πιστωτική σας κάρτα.

Payment:

• Απαιτείται προκαταβολή για να επιβεβαιωθεί η κράτηση.
• Για να επιβεβαιωθεί η κράτηση, 30% του συνολικού ποσού θα χρεωθεί στην πιστωτική σας κάρτα ή θα πληρωθεί μέσω τραπέζης.
• Το υπόλοιπο θα καταβληθεί στο κατάλυμα με μετρητά την ημέρα της άφιξης.
