Cancellation

If the booking is cancelled after the free cancellation period ends, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total accommodation cost.

If you don’t show up, the no-show fee will be the same as the last minute cancellation fee.

Booking terms & conditions

Early Departures:

For early departures, the total amount of the remaining stay is non-refundable and it will be charged.

Credit Card and ID Presentation:

Guests must present the same credit card used for the booking, along with a photo ID or passport of the cardholder upon check-in at the hotel. This term does not apply to travel agencies - B2B reservations.

In case verification fails, the amount charged will be refunded and an alternative payment by cash or another credit card will have to be made on the spot. In case a third-party is involved in the payment, hence cannot be verified, a bank transfer is required.

Payments Over €500:

According to the legislation (Law 3842/2010, paragraph 3 of Article 20), partial or full settlement of invoices exceeding €500 in cash is prohibited. All payments exceeding this amount must be made by credit or debit card or via bank transfer.

Payment:

The total price of the reservation is due 5 days prior to arrival.
