Policies

Cancellation

• For any cancellation that takes place at least 45 days before the arranged arrival date, there is a free cancellation
• For any cancellation that takes place from 45 days until 14 days prior to the arranged arrival date, there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the amount
• For any cancellation from 14 days before arrival or for non-show there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount.

Payment:

50% deposit is required to confirm booking. Fully payment is due 14 days before arrival. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.
