Nafsika Villas

Nafsika Villas is a traditional island-style lodging house built on a huge verdant property of 2000 sq.m., just 30 metres from a private beach 200 metres from the wonderful main beach of Kerveli with the clear water. It provides 10 Samos Apartments, studios and maisonettes all with magnificent panoramic sea views due to their excellent location.

Petra Mare Village

Just a few minutes from the beach, in a property of 27000 sq. m. lies Petra Mare Village, surrounded by colourful geraniums, fragrant herbs, and olive trees. Cancellation

-The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.

-The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

-If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price 100 %of the reservation.
